Our Approach
MudMan Strength designs personalized strength training programs to meet each person where they are at. Everyone’s goals should be different because you are different. To meet this goal we:
- Periodize training to incorporate all necessary strength training phases (hypertrophy, strength/hypertrophy, maximal strength)
- Form work to ensure maximum efficiency and safety during movements
- Diversify our programming to minimize weak points, make your weakness your strength and you’ll be a well rounded athlete
